The tail of Scorpio is an asterism known to Polynesians as the Fish Hook. In the Northern Hemisphere, the hook rises out of the water in the southeast during the summer. The stars Al Niyat, Antares, Tau Scorpii, Wei, Mu Scorpii, Zeta Scorpii, Eta Scorpii, Sargas, Iota Scorpii, Girtab, Shaula, and Lesath form the hook.
