The Hyades is a v-shaped group of stars that form the head of Taurus, the Bull. The Hyades cluster is near the bright star Aldebaran, which marks the eye of the Bull. Aldebaran is not considered part of the Hyades cluster, but does form part of the asterism, together with Gamma, Delta, and Epsilon Tauri.
