The Apollo 14 astronauts were on the moon for 33.5 hours. Their two moonwalks lasted 9 hours 22 minutes in total and they walked 4 km (2.5 miles) and collected 42 kg (93 pounds) of lunar material.
They lifted off the moon on February 6, 1971 and returned to lunar orbit to rendezvous with the Command Service Module. This time there was no problem docking the two spacecraft. After transferring the crew and lunar samples, the lunar module was jettisoned.
